    Make Adorable Yeti Craft

    Your creative buddy says:
"Let's stick together and make this one!"

Step 1: Get your Yeti paper and newspaper ready.

    May need grown-up help
Print the two pages of the Yeti paper. Tear your newspaper into small pieces. Try to find parts with only black and white words. Tearing paper is a fun way to make your fingers strong!

Step 2: Give your Yeti its fur.

Use your glue stick to put glue on a part of the Yeti's body on your printed paper. Stick the small pieces of torn newspaper onto the glue. Keep going until the whole Yeti body, including its arms, is covered with newspaper fur.

Step 3: Prepare the Yeti's face, hands, and feet.

Look at the second page of your Yeti paper. You can choose parts that are already colored or parts that are just outlines. If you choose the outlines, color them in with your markers or crayons. Carefully cut out all the pieces for your Yeti, like its face, hands, feet, and horns. Ask a grown-up for help with cutting if you need it.

Step 4: Put your Yeti together!

Now that all your pieces are ready, use your glue stick to attach the Yeti's hands, feet, horns, and face onto its body. You can also just use the faces and draw the hands, feet, and horns with a marker if you want.

Step 5: Add special touches (optional).

If you want, cut an oval shape from the extra paper and glue it onto your Yeti's tummy. You can use a black marker to draw lines to show where the Yeti's arms and legs are. Remember to ask a grown-up for help if you use a marker and are worried about making a mess. Carefully cut around the outside of your whole Yeti to make it stand out. You can even glue a craft stick to the back to make it a puppet!
