About This Project

A 30–45 minutes craft for ages 3–8, using supplies you likely already have — Tape, Staplers, and White Glue.

GlueStick supports kids from setup to cleanup. After they choose a project, we guide them through gathering the supplies, making it, and cleaning up when they're done. We'll even help them share it safely with trusted family and friends.

Ad-free and kid-safe library — designed by a mom who wants kids to explore and create independently.

Make Colorful Fall Tree Coffee Filter Craft

    Your creative buddy says:
"Let's stick together and make this one!"

Step 1: Paint the coffee filters.

Paint 2-3 coffee filters with fall colors. Be gentle so you don’t rip the coffee filter. Use lots of paint because it lightens up as it dries. Set them aside to dry.

Step 2: Attach the coffee filters to the cardboard tube.

Bunch the coffee filters up by pinching them in the middle. Attach them to the cardboard tube using glue, tape, or a stapler. Ask an adult for help if needed.

Step 3: Arrange the coffee filters.

Arrange the coffee filters to look like fall leaves. Set the tree down to admire.
