Make Cow Craft with Newspaper Spots

    Your creative buddy says:
"I can't wait to make a project with you!"

Step 1: Paint Your Cow's Body

    May need grown-up help
Put a piece of newspaper down to keep your table clean. Squeeze out some white paint. Use the pompom to tap paint an oval shape for the cow's head and a triangle shape for its body. Let the paint dry a little before you go to the next step.

Step 2: Cut Out Cow Shapes

    May need grown-up help
Ask a grown-up to help you print the cow craft template. Use the template to cut out the shapes for the cow's nose, ears, and horns from the pink, brown, and white construction paper scraps.

    Step 3: Add Newspaper Spots

Tear pieces of newspaper into different shapes. These will be your cow's spots! Once the white paint on your cow is dry, use your glue stick to put the torn newspaper pieces onto the cow. You can make your cow's spots look however you like.

Step 4: Glue on Details and Eyes

Now it's time to add the parts you cut out in Step 2. Glue the nose, ears, and horns onto your cow. Then, stick the two googly eyes in place.

    Step 5: Draw More Details

Use your markers to draw more details on your cow. You can add a mouth, eyelashes, or anything else you want to make your cow special and unique!
