Make Fun Fall Activities Paper Chain

    Your creative buddy says:
"I can't wait to make a project with you!"

    Step 1: Cut paper strips.

Cut strips of yellow, orange, and white construction paper. Make each strip about 1 inch wide. Make sure you have an equal number of strips for each color so you can alternate them like candy corn.

Step 2: Write fall activities on the strips.

    May need grown-up help
Think about fun activities you want to do with your family this fall. Use the attached printable if you. need ideas! Use your markers to write one activity on each paper strip. If you want to plan ahead, you can write dates on the other side of the strips.

Step 3: Link the paper strips to make a chain.

Take one paper strip and make it into a loop. The activity idea should be on the inside. Ask a grown-up to help you secure the loop with a stapler or use a glue stick to hold it closed. Take another paper strip and thread it through the first loop. Form it into a circle and secure it closed with a stapler or glue stick. Keep doing this, alternating yellow, white, and orange colors, until all your paper strips are linked together.

Step 4: Hang the chain and enjoy activities.

Hang your paper chain in a place where everyone can see it. When you want to do a fall activity, tear off one link from the chain. Keep pulling links from the chain until you have completed all your fun fall activities!
