    Make Paper Bag Acorn Craft

    Your creative buddy says:
"Are you as excited to make this as I am?"

Step 1: Get your paper bag ready.

Ask an adult to help you trim about one inch off the open end of your paper lunch bag. Then, shape the trimmed end into a rounded point, just like the bottom of an acorn.

Step 2: Cut out the acorn top.

    May need grown-up help
Use the special acorn template to cut out the top part of the acorn from your construction paper. You can use brown paper, or pick any color you like!

Step 3: Glue on the acorn top.

Put glue on the top part of the acorn you just cut out. Stick it onto the flap of your paper lunch bag. When you put your hand inside the bag and move the flap, it will look like your acorn is tipping its hat!

Step 4: Give your acorn a face!

    May need grown-up help
Now it's time to make your acorn special! Use markers to draw a happy face, silly face, or any face you want. If you have googly eyes, you can glue them on too to give your acorn even more personality!
