A 10–20 minutes craft for ages 3–10, using supplies you likely already have — Staplers, Pom Poms, and Scissors.

First, put newspaper on your table to keep it clean. Put the paper bag on the newspaper with the opening at the top. Pinch a pompom with a clothespin to make a "paint brush" or just use a standard paint brush. Paint the front of the paper bag black. Leave the top inch or two unpainted. Let the paint dry.
