    Make Preschool Halloween Coloring Pages

    Your creative buddy says:
"Are you as excited to make this as I am?"

Step 1: Get your Halloween coloring pages.

    May need grown-up help
Ask a grown-up to help you get the Halloween coloring pages. There are 13 different pictures to choose from, like mummies, ghosts, and bats!

Step 2: Pick your coloring tools.

    May need grown-up help
Choose your favorite crayons or markers. If you use crayons, ask a grown-up to break them in half. This helps your fingers get strong for holding pencils later!

    Step 3: Color your pictures.

Use your crayons or markers to color the Halloween pictures. You can use any colors you like! Don't worry if you color outside the lines, just have fun.

Step 4: Color on a wall for strong muscles.

    May need grown-up help
Ask a grown-up to tape your coloring page to a wall. Stand up and color! This helps make your tummy and shoulder muscles strong.

Step 5: Color under a table.

    May need grown-up help
Ask a grown-up to tape a coloring page to the bottom of a table. Lie on your back under the table and reach up to color. This is another fun way to make your muscles strong!

Step 6: Add bumpy lines to your picture (with adult help).

HOT! Grown-up required May need grown-up help
If you want to try staying inside the lines, ask a grown-up to help you. They can put a thin line of liquid glue or hot glue around the main parts of your picture. Let the glue dry completely overnight. Then, when you color, you will feel the bumpy line and it will help you stay inside! Remember to ask a grown-up for help with glue, especially hot glue, as it can be very hot.

    Step 7: Add extra decorations.

Make your pictures extra special! You can glue small pieces of tissue paper onto parts of your picture for a cool texture. You can also use washi tape to make fun patterns. If you want clouds or foam, fluff up some cotton balls and glue them on!
