    Make Woodland Animal Coloring Pages

    Your creative buddy says:
"I can't wait to make a project with you!"

Step 1: Print your coloring pages

    May need grown-up help
First, print out your favorite woodland animal coloring pages. You can choose from many different animals like raccoons, beavers, and owls!

Step 2: Choose your coloring tools

    Gather your crayons or markers.

    Step 3: Color your pictures

Now, use your crayons or markers to color the woodland animals. You can color inside the lines or outside, it's your art! Make them as colorful as you like.

Step 4: Add fun textures (optional)

Make your pictures extra special! You can glue small pieces of tissue paper onto parts of your animal for a bumpy feel, or use washi tape to make cool patterns. If you want fluffy clouds or foamy water, glue on some soft cotton balls.

Step 5: Try different coloring spots (optional)

You can color in fun new ways! Ask a grown-up to tape your coloring page to a wall and color standing up. Or, lie on your back under a table with the page taped underneath and reach up to color. You can also sit sideways in your chair at a table to help make your tummy muscles strong while you color.

Step 6: Make bumpy borders (optional)

If you want to feel the lines as you color, ask a grown-up to help you. They can put a thin line of Elmer's glue or hot glue along the main lines of your picture. Let the glue dry completely before you color. This makes the lines bumpy and fun to trace with your crayon!
