Imagination Station
What happens to the pictures you upload
GlueStick does not keep the pictures you upload into our Imagination Station tools. We check safety, make the craft, then discard the upload.

Short version: GlueStick does not keep the pictures you upload into our Imagination Station tools. We verify the picture meets our safety standards and make the craft, then we discard it.
Before that check, we strip hidden photo details phones often tuck in — things like GPS location, device model, and timestamps — so that extra data about you and your family is not sitting on the picture we handle.
A cleaned copy of the picture is sent to our trusted AI vendor for additional safety checks and to draw the sheet or bead pattern. Under our contract with that vendor, they cannot keep your images after the request, retain logs of the request, or use yours to train their models.
Here is what we may keep
- If you sign in and save your design, we will store the generated coloring sheet or bead pattern in your household account. Saving the generated design is completely optional. You never have to grant permission to GlueStick to save a picture of your family to access any GlueStick feature.
- If you upload a “finished craft” celebration photo later, that finished photo can be saved to your Art Gallery. Those uploads are also cleaned of hidden location and device tags first.
- If a picture is blocked, we may keep a short safety note (like which rule matched) so we can improve the tool. That note does not include the picture itself.
On your device, the browser may briefly remember the craft you just made so you can keep working without repeating the same steps. Closing the tab clears that temporary memory. If you start sign-up mid-craft, your browser may hold the pending sheet for that sign-up flow — again on your device, not as a permanent GlueStick photo library of source uploads.
If you delete your household account through our deletion process, craft photos and saved designs stored for that household are removed with it. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
